The tournament kicks off on Thursday, June 11, at 9 p.m. with the Mexico vs. South Africa match, but in Mendrisio, starting from the casino’s opening, you can take part in a promotional game that gives you the chance to win 200 CHF in gaming credits!
All guests who enter the Admiral Casino from June 11 to July 19, between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., will receive a scratch-off ticket. Those who find three matching symbols can play the prize-grabbing machine and have the chance to win a 200 CHF promotional ticket if they successfully drop the soccer ball into the designated area. Guests who fail to score will still receive a soccer ball to play the World Cup in Mendrisio, as the promotion’s slogan states.
Guests who visit the Casino during the 39 days the promotion is active will have the chance to take a photo with the World Cup trophy and participate in an exciting game that requires skill, concentration, and tenacity—qualities also possessed by the players competing in the world’s most important soccer tournament.
RULES
The “Play the World Cup in Mendrisio!” promotion is open to guests of the Admiral Casino in Mendrisio. Casino employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, brothers, sisters, and children) are excluded from the promotion.
The promotion is valid every day from June 11 through July 19, between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
How to participate:
Participation in the promotion is automatic. To participate, simply enter the Admiral Mendrisio Casino during the hours when the promotion is active.
Everyone who enters the Casino between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., after checking in at any of the reception desks, will receive a scratch-off ticket that allows the guest to play the prize-grabbing machine and have the chance to win a 200 CHF promotional ticket or a themed giveaway.
The scratch-off ticket is a small slip with three boxes to scratch. If the ticket reveals three matching symbols—identified as soccer balls—the guest may play the prize-grabbing machine. If the symbols are different, the guest cannot participate in the World Cup promotion.
You can play until 7:05 PM.
A hostess is stationed at the claw machine to ensure the promotion runs smoothly.
Guests who have received a ticket as eligible participants in the World Cup game hand the ticket to the hostess, who verifies it and allows the guest to play.
The goal for guests playing the claw machine is to successfully grab and drop one of the soccer balls inside it into the hole.
Each game session lasts 30 seconds. Soccer balls are considered valid if they are in the designated goal at the end of the 30 seconds.
Those who successfully score a goal will receive a promotional ticket worth 200 CHF; those who do not score will receive a souvenir.
The hostess in charge of coordination may invalidate the game if she deems it appropriate.
In the event of any dispute or attempt to circumvent the rules, the hostess has the final and unquestionable authority to make the decision regarding the matter.

The 200 CHF promotional tickets for the “Play the World Cup in Mendrisio!” promotion can be used on the slot machines at the Admiral Mendrisio Casino exclusively on the day the promotional ticket is issued, and only until the casino’s closing time on the day the promotional ticket was received.
Only those permitted to enter the casino may participate.
